Structural Design
Reinforced concrete design tailored to each project's loads, geometry, and seismic profile. Our structural calculations follow Greek and European codes (Eurocode), with detailed modeling of beams, columns, slabs, and shear walls. The goal: durable, code-compliant frames that perform predictably for the building's full lifecycle. No shortcuts, no surprises during construction.

Foundations & Pile Engineering
Deep foundation systems and reinforced concrete piles, designed around real soil conditions, water tables, and load requirements. We work from geotechnical reports, not assumptions. When the ground is difficult, we engineer for it. Pile caps, mat foundations, and combined systems are detailed to keep the building square and level for decades, not years.

Site Engineering
Retaining walls, slope stability, and earthworks engineering for sloped or constrained sites. Each design accounts for soil pressure, drainage, and the long-term behavior of the surrounding ground. We stabilize the site so the building above it can perform. Geotechnical analysis, structural modeling, and on-site verification are part of every project where the terrain demands it.

Construction Delivery
From foundation pour to gray structure to finishes, we deliver under our own supervision. Crews, materials, and schedule are all coordinated by Prieston, with the engineer of record on site. Materials are ISO-certified. Concrete mixes match the structural design. Quality is inspected before each phase closes. The result is a building that matches the drawings, on the schedule we agreed on.
